How is this one? Blue wall with a pinch of salt. For a long time I wondered how some of these guys in typically low income housing areas of India paint their walls all blue, I mean such a strikingly bright cerulean cobaltish blue even a "colorist" architect/designer would not dare to use in such quantity Later I realized the color actually comes in powder form for a very cheap price, mixed with water and serves the purpose of paint and plaster together.
