I was a bit unsure about the sucess of these two attempts. wondering either there is no object as such to paint or just one tree as an object..?on the other hand a painting is all about shapes color and tone and finding beauty of pattern and a feeling that it can generate.
believe these two are not bad..

These are better than 'not too bad'. You were very successful using value and color to gain a strong focal tree (or group of trees). I also really like the undulating foregrounds.
Very fresh and bright color scheme in both the paintings make it very interesting for me. Its really eye catching sir. I also loved the wet in wet in the second painting a lot. has scrapping been used??
Hello Sir. Its good to see these works again after a break of the last few weeks. Having seen you do these, and also having tried the same subject, I realize how difficult such subjects can be...especially with subjects like these.
Ohmygosh Milind, I hate painting trees - I need to come to you for lessons as these are absolutely terrific!
Nice colourscheme, lively paintings! Please visit my blog for the latest post "Self Portrait", your comments will be appreciated.

They are just wonderful! You can actually create master pieces of any subject in the world! Loved the colour schemes, loved everything of both the paintings...Sir, please give a serious thought to Canada Trip :)
