It is breathtaking. The sun is so intensive. And the scene is so alive. I was looking into details for long, thinking "how he does it???" :-)

I like the contrasts in this painting...the old and the new. It makes for a good painting...the lights and the darks, the big and the little, the soft and the hard edges! You have it all. Having never been to India, I found this a fasinating painting with lots of painting knowledge AND a geography lesson, too. Thank You!!

The painting is an excellent example of negative painting. Love the way the (old age) bullocks stand out against the (new age)development work. Great constrasts...both is painting and in the message!
